Welcome to Greensward Village...one of the many special neighborhoods that make up the community of New Seabury located on Cape Cod in Mashpee Massachusetts. The Greensward neighborhood meanders along the beautiful golf courses that have earned their acknowledgement as some of the loveliest venues in New England...our homes and roadways enjoy the beauty of both natural and manmade scenery of The Ocean and The Dunes courses. Our mandate, is to work within our Homeowner's Association, the Peninsula Council, to provide service to the neighborhood as we endeavor to protect and improve the backdrop to our village. Additionally, we want to offer opportunity for us to meet and greet our neighbors and foster the spirit of camaraderie to our residents.
